Alana has worked in the health care industry for over 15 years, working with a wide range of individuals and families. She has worked with both children and adults throughout her career. Alana provides individual, couples and family counseling in many specialized areas including but not limited to, managing life changes, stress management, dealing with an illness, of oneself or a family member, caring for elderly relatives, addressing grief and bereavement, self esteem and navigating the health care and rehabilitation systems. Alana is flexible in her approach and provides a holistic view of her treatment. She adapts her services to meet each client’s unique needs.

Elissa has a wide range of experience working with clients ranging in age from children to teens to adults and the elderly. Elissa provides individual and family counselling in many specialized areas, including but not limited to stress management, managing changes at different stages of life, dealing with an illness in oneself or a family member, caring for elderly relatives, addressing grief and bereavement, and navigating systems such as healthcare and educational institutions. Elissa is very flexible in her approach, and therefore is able to adapt her services to each client’s unique needs.
Elissa Shnier BSW, MSW, RSW
Ousmane is a Bilingual Registered Social Worker. He holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, a Master’s Degree in Psychopathology, a PhD in Sociology-Anthropology and two Postdoctorates in the area of Mental Health. Such interdisciplinary knowledge and expertise provide him with diverse skills and abilities to approach and to better address mental health issues from different clinical perspectives. He has more than three decades of extensive experience, working as a clinical Social Worker and a Psychopathologist in diverse mental health settings. In addition to his many years of practicing clinical counselling and psychotherapy in different provinces of Canada, Ousmane has been leading social and psychological support missions for the victims of genocides in Rwanda, Burundi, Congo, Bosnia and Cambodia. Ousmane’s extensive knowledge base and compassionate approach to counselling provides a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment to all of his clients.

Titilayo Igor holds a Master of Social Work and has been providing mental health counselling and therapy for over a decade. She operates from an anti-oppressive, client centered approach. Having worked in the community for over 15 years, she has developed her competencies in many areas, including but not limited to resource management, grief and loss, maternal health, anxiety and depression, and has performed psycho-social assessments and interventions with diverse populations. She has worked with individuals across all ages and backgrounds through her work in primary care and emergency services.
Titilayo is extremely compassionate and caring. She has provided confidential assistance to diverse populations by applying her skills in attentive listening and solution seeking. Her goal is to contribute to a world where individuals are given access to equitable mental health supports.

Meghan began her social work career over 20 years ago working with adolescents and their families who were experiencing mental health and addiction challenges. Her path to private practice involved working in wilderness therapy in Canada and the US, residential therapeutic settings, mental health, and other social service agencies within Ontario. Meghan’s ability to genuinely connect with youth, adolescents, adults, and families continues to be one of her strengths and she looks forward to working with you if given the opportunity. Meghan Lloyd, MA, MSW, RSW
Laura Williams is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. She has been working with children and families for more than 20 years. Many of her clients have found success in dealing with family conflict, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship struggles, emotion regulation, trauma and high risk behaviour.
Laura utilizes a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family of origin work, stress management, self-esteem work, inner child work, mindfulness, effective parenting, parenting after divorce, and emotion regulation.
Laura is a believer in holistic treatment. Together you will work to identify and remove blocks that are keeping you from living a peaceful, healthy and enjoyable life.

Elise has worked as a clinical Social Worker in various hospitals in and across the Greater Toronto Area for over nearly 2 decades. Throughout her career, Elise has worked with (but not limited to) individuals experiencing grief and loss, complex medical issues, caregiver burnout and generalized anxiety. She has also combined her clinical knowledge and executive business experience to provide support and counselling for business professionals and business owners, recognizing and appreciating their specific stressors and needs. Her down-to-earth and individualized approach to counselling has kept her as a reliable expert in both the Social Work and Bioethics field.
